Finding the time to drop off your clothes at the dry cleaner or remembering to pick them up can be difficult. Skip the cleaners errand and let us come to you!
If you are needing regular weekly service to your home or office, White Star has you covered.
In order to get the service started, simply call or stop by our Hixson Location to get set up. White Star supplies a reusable laundry bag for your clothes and the driver picks them up. When your clothes are clean, crisp, and ready, the driver returns them to your home or office.
The free weekly service is available to homes and offices throughout Downtown Chattanooga and Riverview. Your area may be served as well, so please call 423-777-STAR (7827) to find out more information and to learn whether the service is available in your area.
The process is straightforward:
1. Schedule pickup by calling 423-777-STAR (7827)
2. Set out your bag by 8am the day of your route service
3. White Star will pick up, clean & return your garments
4. White Star charges your credit card on file & sends an emailed receipt
For payment purposes, a credit card is required to be kept on file. White Star drivers do not carry cash and do not accept COD or cash payments. The card will be billed once the order has been returned to you. Once you complete the information to set up the service, White Star will call to obtain your credit card information.
Note: This service is for those who are needing regular weekly pick up. Unfortunately we cannot off one time or on demand services for pick up and delivery at this time.
